BOTTOMLINE RES is also seeking financial partners who wish to obtain low risk with high rewards in return for your investment capital. We strive to achieve tax-free rates of returns between 10% and 15% within a 3-year term. Interest dividends will be disbursed on a quarterly basis and at the end of the term, investment capital will be returned in full upon the re-finance of the loan.
